Prathiba

Ar. Prathiba is the Chief Architect and Head of the Interior design department. She holds a bachelor in architecture and an associate degree in interior design from Penn Foster College, USA. She excelled in her academics with a mention on the Dean's list. She is a member in the Delta Epsilon Tau International Honor Society for her excellence in academics. Her practice initially revolved around developing schemes and approval drawings for large scale projects including malls and healthcare facilities in New Delhi. As a freelancer, Ar. Prathiba worked on various façade design and interior design projects. She has been a part of various training programs and has trained over 200 professionals in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture and 3dsmax. After returning from the United States, she sought to utilize her skills and abilities mainly in the Interior design industry. She is a dedicated designer with deep technical knowledge, analytical and communication skills in addition to strong familiarity with Computer aided drafting and visualizing. She brings with her a fresh perspective on projects by establishing visual experiences and cutting edge imagery, always pushing the envelope. Her commitment to developing the firm's people and skills continued as TG Groups expanded its design and related services. Over a decade of professional consulting has focused on commercial, institutional planning and residential design, provided sound management, leadership and effective team building abilities. Her extensive experience with working at various design phases, site co-ordination, complex approvals and budget management combined with a deep commitment to understanding client needs has helped the TG team build a culture of consistently delivering the high level of detailed and noteworthy design combined with budget and schedule adherence expected by our clients. Her strengths lie in design and project management; framing the project design concept; and leading architectural, consultant and client teams from development to the realization of the project. She has a key role in the company administration group and is strongly involved in considering the future development, procedures and organization improvement. Apart from making the world a beautiful place inside walls, she likes spending her time with her family. Her painting skills have brought her accolades. She's an avid reader and has a special interest in Tamil language.
